Are you paying premiums to a health insurer that seems bent on denying what it said that it would do in the beginning and each new medical situation you encounter you are really dreading that “claim pending.” statement!
Not matter what ---- you will pay more for healthcare tomorrow than you did today. Employer-paid premiums strip thousands of dollars from your gross pay.
You might get wages increases, cost of living wages, but what happens? It all gets eaten up by rising health insurance costs! From about 2000 to 2006 premiums have risen between 70% and 90%, where wages only went up about 20% and inflation is out the window!
Is this a bad dream! YES!!
I will be very honest here ---- I don’t have Health Insurance ------ I can’t afford it!!

If I have to go to the Emergency Room which I have had to do 2 in the last two weeks ---- I go ---- then I pay $50 a month ---- forever!!

If I need just regular care --- I go to a free clinic and donate $10.00.

What I really try to do is to not get sick!! I am a person on SSDI, bringing in about $750 a month, which, by the way, is a high SSDI!

I think that health Insurance Companies are getting much better and with due diligence, we can find good insurance that will have what we need to have when something happens where we need to be taken care of!

Bring me some ideas , thoughts, experiences ---- good or bad ---- and maybe together we can find a solution to this ongoing problem!!
