Ronald A. Williams, CEO and President of Aetna Health Insurance tell the Washington Post "We believe that health-insurance providers can promote health, improve quality and reduce costs, thereby creating the means to provide universal access. We are glad to see presidential candidates support these same goals. We hope that politicians and the public recognize that providing access to care that is proven effective and efficient is going to be critical to meaningful reform, and that health plans have real expertise to bring to the table."

So everyone agrees that Americans should have affordable health insurance and that self-employed health insurance should be available at reasonable rates.  If we're not waiting for the health insurance industry to provide affordable health insurance, who are we waiting for?  Politically correct politicians insist they are for affordable health insurance.  The self-employed are clamoring for affordable health insurance for their families.  Aetna Health Insurance says insurance companies can provide affordable health insurance.

Can we do it sometime soon?????
